Opening hours for groups:

We open for groups that have already registered.
We also open for groups outside the opening hours on request.

You can start the walkway tour up to 30 minutes before closing time. The walkway may have to be closed during thunderstorms and hailstorms for safety reasons. Please refer to the updated notices on the website.

Day tickets:
- Adults (16 years and older) CHF 15.-
- Apprentices / students with ID CHF 13.-
- Disabled persons with ID CHF 11.-
- Children (6 to 15 years) CHF 8.-
- Children up to 6 years free of charge
- Dogs: Dogs are not allowed up on the walkway. The only exemption is for Assistance Dogs and Guide Dogs. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Two lockable dog kennels are available free of charge.

Family Tickets:
- Family ticket: CHF 40.-
= 2 adults & siblings (6 to 15 years), also for patchwork families

- Adult-Child Combi: CHF 20.-
= 1 adult + 1 child (6 to 15 years) + CHF 5.-/one other child

Tickets can now be ordered from the comfort of your own home and contactless payment is possible. You can then experience the Treetop Walkway Neckertal without having to queue. Link to Ticketshop.

The ticket is issued for a single entry. If you want to go up on the Treetop Walkway a second time on the same day, you can swap the ticket at the cashiers desk. The ticket gives you the freedom to experience the various activity stations, to use the playground and barbecue areas including wood for the barbecue, and to free of charge parking.

Guided Tours

For groups of 15 or more CHF 10.00 per person (excluding admission)
Flat rate for smaller groups up to 15 persons CHF 150.00
(excluding entrance fee)

The tour lasts about one hour and is also possible outside opening hours.
